Managing Director

Founder of Agua Global Services in 2003, Lucky is a seasoned project leader with over 20 years in engineering services, strategy, and stakeholder management. Certified in Project Management (PMP) and trained in Agile and Risk Management, he drives business growth and ensures every project is delivered with excellence and accountability.

With 30+ years of expertise in water treatment, industrial microbiology, and large-scale project implementation, Eromosele oversees all technical operations. He has led major water installations across Edo State and specializes in water quality control and industrial packaging systems.

Boniface Irebhude Otonobijie

Senior Engineering Consultant

Boniface is a veteran civil engineer with over 35 years in public infrastructure and urban development. A COREN-registered engineer and NSE member, he has served as Chief Engineer in the Edo State Government and now provides technical consulting for Agua’s large-scale civil projects.

Benedict brings 30+ years in engineering project management, quality systems, and HSE leadership. With senior roles in Shell, Suffolk Petroleum, and Sellyfak Energy, he ensures Agua’s projects meet the highest standards of safety, compliance, and community engagement.

Head, Finance & Administration

Cyril manages Agua’s financial and administrative systems with over 12 years of experience in economics, budgeting, and operations. He ensures financial discipline and smooth internal processes across all projects.

Agbeboaye Leo Oseghale

Head Engineer (Mechanical)

Leo is a mechanical engineer with 15+ years of experience in telecoms and infrastructure. Skilled in power systems, generator maintenance, and AutoCAD design, he plays a key role in Agua’s technical installations and field engineering works.
